We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order such as the wrong product please email us at meekglow@meekskn.com
We will analyze and correct your order as soon as we possibly can with no additional cost to you. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products we do not accept returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Misplaced Items
MEEK is not liable for goods damaged or misplaced by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL in transit. We are also not liable for stolen goods, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve your package when it is delivered.
MEEK is not liable for packages sent to the wrong address, it is the customers responsibility to input the correct contact and shipping information.
If you have accidentally put in the wrong address for your order, you have 24hrs to make changes to this by sending an email to Meekglow@meekskn.com with your corrected address and order number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
MEEK LLC is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. MEEK will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
