Shipping Policy

Meek Skincare is committed to excellence, and full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Thank you for visiting and shopping with at Meek Skincare. The following are terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.  

 

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Most orders placed Monday-Saturday are processed and shipped within a day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or (most) holidays, but we process immediately upon our return.  Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be slight delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to circumstances within our control, we will contact via email address or telephone number you provide when you place you place your order.  


Can I return or cancel order?

We do not offer returns or cancellation upon order.  Please read our Refund & Return Policy

Lost, Stolen or Damage Orders

We do not offer refunds if your package was lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your local authorities. 

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up the processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  We will required a 24 hours response immediately if you believe you provided an incorrect shipping address.
